After taking a 2 weeks break, I AM BACK with the new Peacemaker 1/6 BUST, not a figure, because I am out of $$$$$. BUT, it took sooooo long I think I might not do busts anymore, what do you think? Lemme know.

Thank you! I prefer the helmeted head haha. I think the regular head ran into the same problem as the power ranger heads where their eyebrows are too forward and they are casting nasty shadows. Something I have issue with quite often.

Awesome sculpt and print! Small tip for you: If you want the chrome to pop out more, put the chrome on black primer instead of white. This is how 90% of chrome paints are supposed to be applied, but I haven't used the one you used before so maybe do a test on a scrap piece.

This looks insanely good, the way you made the muscle detail pop and come to life came out so damn good. This feels like a high Quality statue that just needs a bit more work on. I’d argue on your third go around this would be flawless. Also don’t be afraid to post long format videos I love that format, where I can really dive into your work. You’re an entertaining guy so I don’t think many people would mind a longer video

@@zedabyu for me the paint process love seeing how you bring it to life. I know you say in your videos you explain how you paint in older videos and don’t want to repeat it over and over for people, but maybe it’s just me, but I really love your humor and your style so it’s never boring even when you repeat, I’ve gone back and watched all your videos all the way through and never get bored. Just love hearing you explain everything and include your mess ups and how you went back it makes you feel so much more real and idk I connect with you more. Keep doing whatever makes you happiest with quality, but just know you’ve got a fan in me for life. I could watch a whole hour of you just breaking down how you do stuff 😂 What I’m trying to say is if you ever have a desire to do a longer format don’t be afraid too, I promise you’ll at least get me to watch all the way through lol

@@aqwblue275 Coming on a little strong here, haha just kidding. Thanks, it still blows my mind that people want to watch me do stuff. I guess that's one of the reasons why I try to keep it concise and without pause, so that people won't leave halfway through. I know you said you like the humor but I find it hard to add humor in technical processes and I can't help but go 'lecture mode' during those times, which makes me wanna just skip the entire thing altogether. But it's nice to know where I can expand on and when I discover a way to make it interesting, I will add it back in. Thanks again!

The workaround you found for adding the texture at 7:03 is good but you don't even have to do it you have UV's. Do a quick UV map with the UV Master plugin and choose the "UV" button instead of "3D" in Noisemaker and the texture wraps the model naturally. Nice video overall.

@zedabyu
@zedabyu 2 жыл бұрын
Details were lost but since it's at the back, it's not very obvious, which means you should focus on how to place supports stratgically. Another thing is to not sand too deep so the nub is visible but blends into the patterns.
