I backtest every evening around six pm for about an hour. My goal is to take only one trade a day but a maximum of three trades. I use a stoploss and a loss limit. I take a screenshot of every trade. I have six plays and I have spreadsheet with my statistics for every trade. I journal every day when I am done. I learnt all this from you course and your KZbin videos. The two best lessons Iv learned is 1. Wait for A+ setups 2. Stop out if it doesn’t workout. I used to get frustrated because I was taking every dumb trade I saw and would loose more than I should because I didn’t have a plan for stopping out. Now instead of 20 trades a day, I’m taking 1 or 2 trades a day and making a living from it 👍
