As an RL, I never make an effort to kick people from runs unless people complain about other people being underreqs too much. What's the point of kicking people if they already go inside x_x

Because most exalt bosses scale to the amount of players in a dungeon. It is more of a detriment to have 5 ppl lacking Reqs and therefore DPS then it would be to just kick those 5. That way the boss hp scales to 40 with good DPS then 45 with average DPS.
