I recommend it’s a new feeling that’s quite refreshing. With the healthy hair part I notice it growing back thicker than before and faster. I highly recommend taking pictures too you’ll see the difference. Also, my hair did grow back even but I realized I cut my hair while taking my birthday hair style out. Sooo I have a did but I’ll grow back. 😮‍💨😅🤣

Beautiful cut beautiful face. I am a pescatarian also and trust that will help your with your skin. Drinking more water and eliminating as much sugary drinks like pop, soda, fruit juices etc. Good luck and send progress videos if you have them, I'd like to see your growth. Thanks.

Hey how did u moisturize your scalp? Just shaved all mine of.. and kinda don’t know what to do.. i mean… like no need for a leave-in for awhile😂

Honestly that’s something I was confused about too I just used head and shoulders because I was trying to heal my scalp then I used my oil mixture I created😂

My scalp is very dry. You need to exfoliate your scalp before you wash and condition. I use tea tree oil , vitamin e , Jamaican castor oil and shea butter. Not all at the same time but I rotate using them. I had a hard time being bald but now I love it.
