I removed myself from social media this year March of 2021 I deleted everything! after having a spiraling breakdown.. I knew I was depressed but always ignored it with other things. But it was the best thing I ever did for myself. It feels good to be in the moment everywhere I go and not be on my phone for anything. I can enjoy more moments with my loved ones and boyfriend more and not be glued to a screen. Life is so precious. I used to compare myself to a lot of other females because they had more money or better clothes when in reality I can be better than them mentally , physically and emotionally. I’ve manifested a lot for myself this year a new job, new debit card, new mindset, new clothes, more money it’s crazy when you really take care of yourself and not worry abt what somebody else has going on and put energy into urself and the people u love it feels so good.

I shaved mines again two days ago because it was coming out so bad. I don’t mind it because I feel free. You look beautiful and you are very strong. Pcos sucks, but we will get through it. Keep up the good work because you are putting out bangers.

I did mine 2 days ago again too. I felt a weight off my shoulders. Its alot in life and i couldnt bare to look at myself and still not be content. I genuinely cried TEARS OF FREEDOM and smiled AT ME. if you suffer any form of depression, anxiety, or mental health sometimes days can be far and few that you are able to pick yourself up and acknowledge or even appreciate and love something about yourself. Most days are a struggle and even more are half ass attempts to complete normal task but i keep going nonetheless. All to say, the first time I cut my hair I did it because it was something I never thought I could do, but this time it was a loving gesture and I think it helped my sanity☺☺😂
