This is very cool, A-Dude. But I think you gotta rake and reset the landing area like in long jump so later running teams don't get dikt.

I love this new and fresh approach to an already awesome show! I´m just wondering... All the faceplanting and nosediving is surely digging quite the hole on the landing area, wouldn´t that hinder the later contestants, as in them getting stuck in it and/or hindering them from driving or rolling forward?

I meticulously refilled and flattened the surface every couple runs. Arduous but worth it to keep it fair!

@@JunkyardJoust Not to sound like a 🍆 but wouldn´t it be more fair to re-work the surface after every contestant? I mean, every little hole is a disadvantage to every runner after the hole is made... Sorry being a stick in the mud. 😕

I was surprised how consistent the jumps were for each vehicle. I did tests and no matter the condition of the surface, the cars always jumped pretty close to the same distance no matter what

1 ppint for a bonus seems to undervalue the skill in landing. 10 points seems fairer for the effort of landing the jump.

It's something I might change if I do it again. But so far it hasn't made a huge difference because the leaders have usually had bonuses
