Sorry about the loss of your friend and the troubles with buying merchandise. I just received news this morning about an old friends passing. He was a friend of my Dad’s and was a fun guy. He was in his eighties. I remember how he told us that he thought he was getting to old to ride a bike and sold it. The next week he went out and bought a new one. 😀👊 Also the trouble you had with that one guy reminds me of when I bought this Sears Craftsman air compressor on sale at the store, the guy working there did not want to give me the sale price. Even after I found a copy of the flier he still did not want to give me the sale price. I finally was able to get the sale price, but it was a weird deal. I like to think the guy was having a bad day. Hey, congratulations on getting a 💯 on your test! It is one of those things that it is nice to have done.

I picked mine up on Thursday, and actually had a fantastic experience at the Vancouver, WA location... I think I figured out who the bad egg was there! Amazing how one bad employee can have such a bad effect on a huge store..! Still, I'll stick to my local Kelso, WA Sportsman's that I drive past twice daily. Plus, it has that small town personal feeling about it and I never have issues there. Three days later, and I still haven't fired the MAX yet, what's wrong with me..? Lol 😂 Thanks Kurt!! 👍

I've heard from several folks that the store location is key. My normal Sportsman's in Kelso, WA is spot-on, never an issue. As I found out today, it may be all about the employees working at the location. I've had the worst time at the Vancouver, WA location until today. Today, I actually had about the best experience ever at Sportsman's in the Vancouver location..! Very smooth and friendly service! Walked out quite impressed... Thanks Terrance!!

It’s a little easier for us to buy hand guns in Nebraska. We apply for a permit to purchase, fill out the form pay $5 and get it in about 3 days. The permit is good for 3 years.

So sorry for your loss.... OMG same here in NJ with USPS. I asked my mail carrier and she said they scan it when they load it or when they sort it. Sometimes I get it the next day!!!! So they must teach them the same thing across the country. lol

Sorry to hear of the loss of your friend, I know how that feels, I lost a couple in the last few years who I was speaking to regularly and then suddenly they're gone. It leaves you with some strange feelings.

We get several messages from customers every week saying they never received their packages, but tracking says "delivered". Always USPS. And they are constantly losing packages. Never any problems with UPS. In February of 2018 USPS lost 84 of our shipments in a single day one Monday! I suspect some disgruntled USPS employee put them in a dumpster. They never showed up and we never got reimbursed for them.

Amazon are about the worst I've dealt with. What I hate is sometimes Oz post hand off to a third party, it's a customs thing here, so one parcel came via FedEx. I didn't know this when I ordered this item and because I'm two hours outside a major center they only deliver twice a week and if your not here it doesn't get left. So it's taken back the depot and I have drive in to get it. What a mongrel pain.

Yes sir good customer service is hard to find anymore. I feel your pain and I hope things work out. You mentioned belts and I would like to share a good company with you, their called Kore essentials. Best stuff I’ve found over years of trying only to be less than impressed. They are the 'Soft Lowers' from Harley Davidson (Part Number: 57100210). They install/remove quickly and work amazingly well in rain & cold conditions. I keep them folded up in a saddlebag when not in use... Thanks!! 👍

I would love to be looking from a corner or so, so I can hear and see the smoke and blown gasket when you got that “ sorry msg”!! 🤣🤣🤣 My wifey gets so hot she turns white hot with the so called security over a simple thing like a usps when people literally walk freely through our borders🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 It happened to us to with Amazon prime but we got refunded cause package was lost in the sauce somewhere. Yuuup wifey gets kisses for a penny too!!! Now I know I married the right one!!🤣 Take care from cold Arizona even in the south parts!!
