Ahh yes! Carole Baskin! 😂😂 That store is fabulous yes! So, I am going to start bringing subscribers and Whatnot members to thrift stores with me. It will likely be on Saturdays sometime in the morning and I will thrift live. It’s crazy there on Saturdays but because of my fulltime job on the weekdays , I cant do it then just yet. But, some buyers on Whatnot asked if I can sign in live at these stores that I frequent, and if they see anything they want, I will pick it up and weigh it right there on the store, I will triple the price most likely because I need to resell it, and then ship the items to them once they purchase on the livestream. I am trying to figure out how to stream it through youtube, but I know you have to be on the Whatnot app to bid! Just in case you wanted to join Jeda. Trying it out soon!

Curious…how do you get the sharpie marker off the bottom of pottery? Often the bottom is unglazed.

Hi newchapter! I was supposed to make a video on this requested by another subscriber but never got around to it. Furniture or paint strippers containing methylene chloride can work (not good for your hands- wear protective gloves). You can also try 30% hydrogen peroxide (call Sally’s ahead to see if they have it- or where they sell hair salon products), again protect your hands. ♥️Unfortunately, if those don’t work, there’s not much you can do. I wish they would stop doing that at the stores. I have had to leave super valuable items on the shelves because I just know some items are permanently damaged that way. With wood, you can try to sand down the area if the marker is underneath the item. I hope this helps
