I think they're honestly going to catch you going 30+ over and actually arrest you. They can arrest a 17 year old, no problem. They'd impound the car too, probably suspend your license. The judge would see your citation history and not be easy at all. :/ It would make for a great vid, but I'd rather see you happy and not in serious trouble. Go to the track for racing, not on the streets.

Mannys, That is exactly what I was thinking. He and his friends should go to a track where pedestrians and other rider/drivers can't get hurt. It's not about the ticket or that all cops are out to get a 17 year old. It's about killing people while driving a projectile that weighs over a ton. if you hit something at 100+ mph your head will split wide open. the thing is, it might be someone else's head. some kid you take for a joy ride, you hit a wet spot or slippery spot and boom. dead kid. that would be something you live with for the rest of your life. the reason cops are pushing speeding tickets is because they are the ones scraping these kids off the highway and other roads. i've talked to EMS and Fireman who've attended these kinds of accidents. Brain matter splattered all over the car. do you want that to be you? or your Mom or sister or one of your friends. you're not the only one on the road.

In most, if not all states in Australia, you wouldn't be allowed to drive a supercar at 17, in face in most states you cant get your P's (probationary licence) until 18yrs old (when you can drive without a full licenced driver as your instructor), and you have vehicle restrictions until at least 21 (22+ in some states). So it not only amazes me to see young people driving alone in the US, but also driving such powerful cars at such speeds.
