Story explained for confused ppl IMPORTANT TIMESTAMPS -32:13 -55:44 Willy Mack, the notorius murderer responsible for the mutilation of several people as shown in 32:13 was sentenced to life in prison. We can say Willy Mack stole Larry's face (32:13 possibly Larry's body). In the news at the end, it says only last year Willy Mack was presumed dead because of a car crash with a prison transport vehicle. This means Willy Mack disguised as Larry to stay low for a while after he survived. This also means since you met the person in 36:36 and Willy Mack knows he is chasing him, he [Willy Mack] asks if you're apart of them (18:00). Because of you shooting him off the building in the ending, he fell down, and the person attempted to shoot him [Willy Mack], he decided to, very horridly kill the person. Then, you see a shadow running away from a face (55:44) and Willy Mack looks in your magnifying glass. He then transports you into first person world, where he will jumpscare you and you will die.
