Fun fact: a lot of the attacks by mourning aix can actually be parried, but the hologram version removed the "parry helper ring" to make it harder. Almost any attack where it slightly glows beforehand is able to be parried, including the 2 where it goes into the sky and then zooms towards you, and the grabbing one. If you don't parry these, it will summon 3 waves of homing projectiles that can easily one-shot you if you don't dodge properly.

I'm still struggling with the parrying. I looked up how parrying works and reddit says it animations. I tweaked my playing a bit and I parried more, but I still need a lot of work. Game got me addicted though.

At least you are still in the Kuro games sphere. I never played PGR but I considered it until I learned that wuwa was the same developer and the game is new. If you're just starting this game now, we are in a good spot before 2.0 launches.

@@Amkred i'm actually a Day 1 player and have never missed a day logging in! haha. but, yes, the several first chapters of PGR was roughhh and i understand why my early 2020 self dropped it despite its glowing reviews (to be fair, i was in a lockdown and just started a postgrad degree too, sigh). i'm very happy with my account right now and have extra savings for maybe trying Camellya. :D

Morning Aix prioritizes frontal AOE attacks and has a deadly follow up missile attack after the Spectro ray. Just aim to be behind it and dodge immediately after the ray attack as the missiles are a guaranteed KO. Other than that it’s just timing and knowing when to go all out and when to get ready to dodge. I used to struggle with that boss too. It’s legit the hardest one besides Thundering Memphis and it’s teleporting/invisibility attacks

Thank you for the heads up! I didn't think to stay behind him. That makes a lot of sense since he can't grab me if I'm not in front of him. Also choosing when to go all out is a good idea. I've been think I had to always be attacking at all times. Thank you!

Or use Cyan-feathered Heron to parry its special attack and DODGE as many attacks as possible. 😂

@@raoni00111 you’d still have to manage the skill cooldown and dodge regardless. Might as well use an echo that’s actually beneficial to your characters DPS potential

3:45 Temphest Mephis is resistant to Electro element, which means your Yinlin is doing much less damage to it. You can check each boss resistant at the data bank, but boss and mob s are resistant to their own element in general.

Wait before bro realizes level 6 Tempest Mephis is so tanky.💀 Anyways, 4* in this game is actually usable EVEN overpowered, example is Chixia, if you use her correctly with godly substats you can reach 150k ult damage alone. Even she is so good against holograms. Aalto is also a great unit against bosses like holograms, if you are interested in Aalto but doubt to build him, I showcase him as a main DPS. The point is, every 4* are so good and unique. Play the game at your own pace, don't RUSH it.

Also, if you have the Cyan-feathered Heron echo, use it to parry the special attacks from bosses, example is Aix, if Aix unleashes the red-eye FLYING ATTACK (the sign is when its eyes are glowing red) you can parry the attck when he's about to hit you. Other example is Crownless, before he charges you with those MANY combinations of attacks (the sign is he will fly first and then his eyes will glow red before charging you), the Cyan-feathered Heron can parry his attacks when he's about to hit you. If you don't understand, I showcase it on my channel against Crownless and Aix. Just little tips...

I saw your Aalto video against crownless. I didn't know he could be played like that. Never seen gameplay like that. Playing Yinlin feels like slow motion compared to what I saw in your video. I have him and 6 wavebands and I never thought to build him. I'll take your advice and not rush. I just spent 3 hours fighting and losing against level 80 Tempest Memphis and now I feel burnt out.

Bro don't use Yinlin against Tempest Memphis. That boss has electro resistance. Any other characters will do more damage with same amount of investment against Tempest Memphis (except LINGYANG 💀)
