To get highest OVR, set your weight to like 119pounds or somewhere around there. It might seem dumb but it increases your stats. You need to have stats in Physicality also Oh, and height and weight have a MASSIVE impact for your rating. Just search what you think is best. I'd suggest going for like 5'8 or lower.

You can't have 57 passing as a striker, take some points off dribbling because you won't dribble as much as a striker and relocate them to passing.

Mate you are not pressing at all mate . If you contribute to the team's press , you can block of more opposition chances , it allows sidinho lopez to score more goals. On pc if you press the d or w button you help the team press . I dont know what button it is for ps5 controller . If you figure that out , you can conserve energy , use your pace to put in some bangers .
