Is this like a form of revision? Like Neville says to revise

If you can imagine breaking all those bad records of the past and inserting new lovely ones, it can be a form of revision. We do use the Law of Revision very often and it works most of the time. However, while Neville says to revise the day's scene at the end of the day, we do it as soon as something unpleasant happens and insert a new "record" immediately instead of waiting until we go to bed. We find that when we revise asap, the outcome of a negative situation will often dissipate or disappear completely. For example, you trip and fall and hurt your back, you revise so you didn't fall. Soon the back pain is gone and you had even forgotten you fell...or did you?

Whats wrong with it ? In your opinion. I think it sounds fine only where American voices can sometimes slightly as they start up sound robotic in some way. Otherwise the pitch sounds good
