I love how Gari apologized. I ever went on a first date (also first time meeting this person) with someone I match on dating app. I felt really uncomfortable during the whole date and the guy doesn't seem to realize that I'm trying to keep a distance from him for the whole time. After the date I told him about he being too close to me, and I give example like, he touching my hair without my consent. He didn't apologize! Instead, he explained that because I was talking about my hair a lot of split ends and he wanted to see it. Yes, I was talking about my hair and looking at my hair, but it doesn't give him the right to take my hair and starts observing it. I would have give him a second chance and know him again if he could have just apologize for making me uncomfortable and mention that he will take note next time, like what Gari did.
