Sucks it couldn't have been before my senior year. Tbh most of the teams are pretty bad, lots of goldish teams. Probably roughly a third gold and below, a third around plat, and a third diamond and above. The national champions last year were only like champ 1s and 2s i think, so it definitely still has lots of room to grow.

Hey man, I just downloaded RL last week and have maybe 4 solid days in. Really shoddy at the start, still hard on the warmup, I lost rank from gold to silver on my 2nd / 3rd day and here on the start of the fifth, watched this vid to start the mental practice and my first match after warmup went 5-3, 3 shots, and my play style was completely different. Some of my shots were honestly impressive for my level and I’ve even started working on my roof shots (I missed the boost on the ball, but I got the assist in, from far court/right, centered on the goal) Thank you for your videos!!
