There’s something sooo freeing about having LESS! Even in the comparison clips of the old home, multiple times you showed something and then explained how you “don’t even use it.” Now you have everything you need! At the end of 2021, God called me to quit my job, sell almost everything I own, and I moved out of my apartment and traveled for a full year. Best experience of my life! I’m still a bit of a nomad now (staying with family) but I have everything I need.

I hope everything works out for you guys 😊 I managed the entire back office of my Dad's construction company for over 5 years. I did contracts, bank accounts, books, material ordering, insurance claim management, onboarding, supplier accounts, productivity management, licensing, inspection scheduling, etc. Literally everything but the building. My Dad ended up doing most of the building part because crews are impossible. You will need minions, you will need crews, and in construction it's just about the most unreliable people. You may have to spend more money for reliable crews, but typically it's worth the less of a headache!

HIRE a business coach NT if its work related. Such a necessity for those who have no idea what they are doing when they run their own company or thrown into it. You cannot start off with zero knowledge especially if you don’t apply yourself to be self taught, but even those people need a business coach. You cant play games and go with the flow. Its all fun and games until your thousands in debt and put yourself in jail if you dont make the right financial and business decisions. Good luck to you. You will thank yourself and your future endeavors if you take this advice that nobody talks about. Do your research, hire a coach and you will thrive and have the knowledge you need to have a successful business of your own. This is a serious investment to startup your own company. I hope you take it seriously. :)
