Cascade Point only requires one kill to be proced, and BnS doesn't need to do damage to the same enemy, so in the event where you want to proc Cascade Point with a primary and the boss is surrounded by tiny minor adds (like Warlord's Ruin ogre) you can just kill one and have Cascade Ready.
