Also there should be a special elo called “the wasteland” specifically for cheaters. When you get demoted to that rank, there should be a cinematic where Junker Queen announces your banishment to the wasteland.

I recently had a match where we were on attack and two people from the enemy died from an environmental elim one after the other and the match haven't even started yet. I was so curious on what happened that I watched the replay. The genji died from trying to dash over the water (by that long ass bridge right in front of the spawn point) and the soldier around three seconds later literally ran over a boat and plopped to the water. I mean- it was quick play but i was still dumbfounded.

I had one game where our Moira barely had 1k healing and about 10k dmg after 15min game and i had around 22k healing as Mercy, and this was in master. Ofc i dmg boosted her as well as the others, and ofc the teammates complained about her not healing XD

easy way to increase chances of getting more support from your team: apologize in advance for any feeding you might do and admit you will need help. throw in a "thanks in advance, team" if you're feeling spicy. demonstrating self awareness is huge (you're playing tank, there is a thin line between aggression and feeding) and actively putting your teammates on notice that you need them increases the likelihood your team will keep an eye on you. it's not 100% guaranteed, but it's a proactive way to let your team know you want/need help from the get-go without coming off like a jerk. also, it's something you can control. maybe your team will help you a lot, maybe they won't, but at least you communicated your needs upfront. and people tend to respond to openness and honesty, in my experience.

this is possible! I'm an experienced player and going into the practice range just to get an objective sense, outside of game, of what various hero's ranges are has been huge. and this is another example of stuff the game doesn't tell you. at no point does the game stop you and say "your range is up to HERE" and you're just supposed to figure it out on your own. but when you're not super experienced or skilled, noticing your effective range isn't on the mental table because there are so many other things going on in game.

To get out of bronze only focus on not dying you will win more fights by forcing your team to regroup by either waiting for them in spawn or jumping off the map soon as the tank dies. Some times its funny you spawn in same time you see your tank through the walls engage 1v5 then you say hello to them when they spawn again and do it again with a full team.

best things to keep in mind for moira is: 1. don't fade in. you can walk at them or sneak into the backline to get cheeky picks and fade out. you can make some good distance with fade jump. 2. don't just hold down the heal button and empty your tank. your spray has a healing over time effect, just give them a couple squirts unless theyre actively fighting. 3. you can also use your healing orb in conjuction with your spray. i like to throw it along with my divers and flankers. 4. prioritise weaker targets, anyone half and under is usually a cake walk for moira but keep your distance and use cover and strafe. moira is pretty skinny so shes harder to hit when you do so. 5. use your orb along with coalescence for a little extra damage or healing. i like to use coalescence behind the team so i can heal them while i do damage 6. learn orb geometry. the orbs bounce off of surfaces and you cam bounce them off of walls or into rooms. sometimes i like to use it as a form of recon; if you think you might have a flanker, throw an orb into the flank route. if you hear the damage tick sound, you've located them roughly. It can also force them away or out of position to heal. 7. don't take sh1t. moira gets a lot of flack but she can carry so well with her healing and damage outputs. remember: you are a SUPPORT, NOT a healer! Your job is to support, that means a good balance of both things! Moira *needs* to do damage in order to refill her tank! Don't overdo it, keep your heals and your damage balanced, be aggressive but assess your risks, and keep your fade for escaping a flank or dodging an ult. Agreed. When I play Moira I try and balance it. But if we need more healing I lean that way and if I have opportunities to DPS more I do. Learning to balance and adjust to your teams play style can be a big learning curve.

i dont think heal bot is worse but its just as bad. moira's healing can never outheal even sometimes during her ult theres no point trying to heal the entire time. ill play miora and get the most dmg, and most healing on the stats and ill be happy with that. doesnt mean i was in the enemy backline or spamming heals for no reason i just try to have alot in both. thats always my goal when i play moira

A good support knows when it's time to help secure a kill, when to help poke and when to focus healing. It's never black or white it's game sense you either have it or you don't. If I know I can't outheal the dps youre recieving don't be shocked if I suddenly start trying to secure the kill before you die or to secure a trade. Or even decide to abandon you all togethe so I don't feed them 2 kills instead of 1
