It Always looks like that from killcam and while spectating I’ve noticed. On their screen though it looks normal. There was one time my friends and I ended up in the same lobby in 2 different squads and I got killed by one of my friends and through the kill cam it looked sus but he showed me his screen recording and recoil looked normal. I’m surprised not many people have noticed this.

They really should just straight up remove stun grenades, they have no place in a BR with how powerful they are. Lob stun, opposite player has literal 0 chance to win the fight with no movement of aiming. Takes all skill out of a fight
