Titanfall had aimbots available in less than an hour after it's first public test went live, exactly because the Source engine was already so well known, and even in it's heavily modified state, you didn't need to change much in your cheat code if you're already got a decent Source hook. Same for UE5 games. Only way to prevent this is by using an engine no one has gotten to touch yet, and even then it's only a mater of days, a week at the most.

Anti-cheat came a long way in Apex. Hackers would literally fly across the map and beam you from the sky. Now at least most of the hacks are just aimbots. The other stuff has gotten easily detectable over time for Apex. It's also the same in EVERY GAME. Emong literally makes 1000s of cheating vids on Overwatch. So does almost every OW creator. Same applies to ANY game. If you play FPS games online, almost 50% of your matches have SOME form of cheater. That's a real number btw. If you play games on PC, cheating is part of the culture. If you ever want to be top of a game, you likely won't get there unless you cheat. Because most of them ARE cheating.

11:10 the aimbot is constantly shooting to the right there despite the Rocket not moving because he's stuck against a wall but still inputting moving against the wall. Especially on playstation(ps exclusive skin) which just has had shit wifi/ethernet since the f*king ps3, i've lagged hard enough where people are teleporting around me or i'm teleporting around them. If the server can't tell where u are u'll teleport even in the replay. There's a possibility of cheats but most people 1) aren't knowledgeable enough about tech to just tell if its servers, 2) aren't good enough to discern good players from hacks outside of the punisher scenario in vid 1 so most just get shit on and cry hacks.

It being a bot doesn't surprise me. We had a bot Jeff in one of my matches. He would spawn, dive, sit in spawn for a few seconds. Swim out, spray water in random directions, toss a random bubble, then run into the enemy team, repeat the random bubble/spray, then die. Rinse repeat. He got called out 1/3 in of the game, his buddy started defending him ("10k ping" etc.), then 2/3 in the cheats were off and we immediately rolled them. These kinds of cheaters are also inkillable. You see these movements glitches exactly like this in real time, they stay in place, but you can't deal any damage in any way.

That Spider-Man player was not lagging normally. If he was really rubber banding and lagging that bad on his screen, he'd be lucky to get a single kill. If you look at the views of the players he killed, that shows what he'd look like to them. If he's teleporting like that, he's not hitting anyone. Let alone getting multiple kills, like in the video. The reason the Aimbot looks like that is because it is an external cheat. Meaning it looks at the game and aims for you rather than knowing where different players are. Usually they’re buggy like this and tend to manoeuvre slightly off of the target due to their poor quality. This information is for educational purposes only.

The chatters don’t seem to put 2 and 2 together for the Spider-Man position seems to be client side with his model being server side so he is running up to the enemy on his screen and just attacking while the server is confused where he is but it’s still getting the attack packets and damage packets it’s like in Minecraft when you spam getting into and out of a boat to lag out the game and your model will appear to be in the boat while you can still play normally
