I also got alucard recently and I played this game since start.. never had I gotten any monarch.. And that unit achievements, i already did stat reroll with 100% worthiness and it didn't even registered.. that achievement is so BUGGED & annoying.. who would reroll stats when you already have the very good stats or best .. pfft.. 😩
