I agree with most of what you say about the course, in that most of the sections aren't super in-depth that you couldn't learn the same from KZbin (I do think Tate's general business lessons are good though, because success starts from the mind, and the social media strategies like spamming TikTok are good because that's something Tate does himself). Most of the value comes from community motivation for sure, and that holds true for a lot of other courses, but I think people should consider that they can hold themselves accountable even without joining a course, whether through friends or free online communities. One thing I don't understand is why you're so harsh on Tate not being the personal teacher for some of the stuff, because the sales page makes clear that the sections are taught by people Tate considered as experts, and he never claimed that he's proficient at stocks or dropshipping or what have you. He's stated publicly that what got him rich was his webcam business, and from there his expertise is just producing a ton of social media content for attention.

I would have a different approach to making money that I have from experience I am 14 and a have been working for about a tsar now just doing lawn care, interior detailing for cars, things like that. My rules for all the money I make is simple. 25% goes directly into savings, 25% into stocks, and 50% for having fun, doing things teenagers do. Through this strategy, and a lot of discipline, I have managed to save around 1,000 and constructed a portfolio valued a little over 1,300 dollars. As a kid that’s huge, but I get it, for an adult, not so much.

I don't mind paying for courses even if you can get just as good of content for free. The thing is when you pay for something you are more likely to take it serious. Where as if you go on youtube and try to get if free you will likely end up distracted with entertainment videos.

Thanks for really explaining things out, especially on getting exposure in certain areas and to certain people. I started producing videos in the TCAP arena. I'm 13 and I saw a video where someone in Hustler's University was making nearly 10k a month at the same age as myself so I just got interested. Definitely not something I would do in the present. But maybe in a year or two. At least that was my thought process after seeing how much money some people made from it. I really dont understand all of this financing stuff and I wish I did.
