you should add a bunch more QoL mods like backpacks, better wood chopping, better weapons/ armors/shields and enchantments. You should also add Guard villagers and Alex mobs so that the world can kind of fight back (you have more help against the flesh or for any 1.20 infection tbh). And if you want an end goal fight thing that’s not the usual nuke or flamethrower you could add the moss overgrowth mod that basically adds a friendly infection that you can control!! It’s pretty mediocre on its own (it’s strong enough to defend by itself for a bit but later stages it gets overwhelmed pretty easily) but if you use it alongside the guards and with yourself fighting you should be able to defeat the flesh.

Also you should check out abomonation infection! it’s more scape in run like in it’s difficulty scale yet it’s still fairly new so it’s still survivable (on land the water is a death trap)

@ also if you try it out you should try and do a water / island world. they have a LOT of mobs and you’d get to see more of the water infection along with the ground infections so it’d just be cooler (if there’s any oceanic mob mods that could go along with alex mobs that would be cool for your world too)
