I'm going to be honest, before I clicked the video I thought I would prefer vanilla, but this video has been INSANE. I think both are great, but I wouldn't do both, because people who haven't played the mod would just be a bit confused. I think a lot of what made this video good was the fact that it felt like you had no clue what was going on half the time which the viewers could relate to

Primal Fear is really fun and a similar vibe to this but with less crashing and more progression. You can’t skip to the top cuz you need eggs of the previous tiers to progress so would make for a good video!

I'm not sure if you eventually figured it out, but those buttons at the top of the inventory are the best part of S+. You can press them to pull items from nearby inventories to craft the recipe you have selected. Cuts out a lot of the annoyance of crafting.

3 hours, with lots of fun, and sprinkled with a few crashes for taste. I SAID A FEW. JESUS, THAT'S A LOT OF CRASHES. Anyways, you could always try some of the OG mods, although getting them running might be painful. Annunaki Genesis was probably my favorite mod back in the day, but it stopped being updated. Someone has apparently been updating it for ASA, but I've been...wary of ASA in general. Modded Ark was so much fun, I miss playing it. I just haven't been able to justify taking up over 300 gigs of space, possibly on my ssd, for a single game I would be playing just for nostalgia's sake.
