To do so, you need to become "wanted" and be chased by the guards. Then you teleport to the tower and enter the boss fight with the guards near you. Let them hit the boss and it will run off into one of the corners. Hit it in the back with any palsphere and you'll capture it. Works for all of the tower bosses and they retain their insane health values.
