If you have photo evidence you can just contact aniplex through 'support'(you don't need the evidence but it might be better to have it than not), at 200 its a guaranteed event SSR - they'll probably sort it out, it must be a bug of some kind

Even as a Free-2-Play, pulling for a pity is one of the worst experience in any gacha game. Fairy Gear Ortho did that to me, Idia almost made me hit pity, and then Bunny Deuce made me hit pity.

Somehow I managed to get Tsumsitter Kalim on my first ten pull of the thing, then spent the rest of my time in the event Azul hunting. I got Tsumsitter Rook so many times that I got his superfan title. Another thing happened where I was trying to get Cerberus Ortho, and got Dorm Uniform Ace. I think that I’m limited to one SSR per each event then I’m never getting one from it again.
