Happy to see so many people thinking that "the same board texture" = "the same spot". Another proof poker is booming again, lol.

It was a completely dufferent Situation. First Hand was Blind vs Blind where both can have all the 8 or 3 garbage in their range. Second hand, the other guy opens from UTG and considering Ben had AA, he possibly reraised pre so what is calling a 3-Bet UTG that hits on a 88QQ Board. Exactly 3 Combos: AQ, 88, QQ (maybe KQs) and Ben Blocks AQ and 88 and QQ very unlikely. I mean i wouldve checked back aswell but thats High stakes where its lot more aggression so i guess its reasonable

Guys, it’s not the same spot. You guys don’t understand the ranges on play in both situations. First one is BvB where ranges are wide. Considering the postflop action AA does not have enough value cause bencb would have all those slowplay fullhouses. The other spot is a 3bet spot where opponent did call preflop from early position. He has a lack of Qx when Bencb holds AA removing lots of AQ combos. Also, he does not reopen the action after check check on the turn meaning that he is more likely to have a medium hand here that may call a jam like 99 TT or JJ. When those contains a club they certainly call the jam.

I have been wondering, how much does someone who considers him/herself a pro play? I ask bc for me poker is very stressfull and i feel like playing daily is actually quite difficult. I would assume they have days off and stuff, but i guess i was interested with a ballpark of how many mtts in a week/year a tournament player plays.

utg range is heavily weighted towards suited broadways but when its sb vs bb, there is alot of J3o, 8xo combos that raise preflop thats the difference, and thats why he was so upset that a Q came along at 0:45 due to him having alot of Qx it really is position heavy
