Engine is a 2ZZ-GE 1.8L 4 cylinder. Similar to the 3S but a completely different engine. This actually replaced the 3S in the Celica.

Believe the rally tires are just lower in tire pressure making it look lower. I think you can use any tire compound and drop the tire pressure to make it look lower. Thanks for the content you’re making me get back into forza!

Rally tires are a lower profile cause the drag tires are taller even tho they’re low pressure

I got the same engine as the celica in my 03 Toyota Matrix XRS. It's a 4 door hatch with the same high reving 1.8l 2zz. Such an underappreciated car wish I could show you Cray😞. If you didn't know lotus actually threw these in the Elise and Exige lol.

I don't know if you found out yet, but the reason it cost 20 mil is because the people selling them have earned "the right" to sell them for that much. If you create a tune or a custom paint job/livery and upload it, and at least 50,000 people download your setup, then you get creators selling prices. A normal person could only sell these for 700k or less. And the people with the special selling prices will buy up all the low cost ones and resell them at 20 mil after dropping their tune or paint job on them. Its so whack, I really wanted this car but missed it during the season and the grind is real lol. Ill be lucky if there's any to buy by the time I save up 14 more mil!
