I built him specifically for my acheron team which also has Pela and welt and that team just doesn't die because welt sends enemies all the way down to the shadow realm and the besotted debuff just stays much longer so my team doesn't die

for me, I got e6 gallagher from the acheron banner (yanqing stole the 50/50) so I build him with the eff res light cone and 50% eff res so hes just immune to debuffs (+50% extra eff res from e1)

I beat MoC 12 for the first time today (the previous MoC) he made me survive sam and he’s AMAZING for acheron, even if I don’t have her LC she gets her ult really fast with gallagher

I have him on my e3 (update: oops i got her e6 now) acheron team with pela and sparkle. Im still in the early phases of relic grinding. So mine is with rainbow relics, and only effect im getting atm is 2pc watchmaker (16% break effect). And dont have any proper ERR ropes yet. 3839 HP 1465 atk 1147 def 127 speed (need higher, im gonna get messenger 2pc) 28.7% outgoing healing 32% eff res 134.1% break eff (s4 sig lc, so can get to 140.1%) Update: i rolled broken keel set to lv15 and got a tonne of HP and eff res. New stats: 62% eff res 4941 hp 1480 atk 1071 def Literally just slap a 2pc messenger set on this with 10% more break eff and hes good to go.

@@jodellmakiputin7080 my sphere and rope are broken keel with eff res. Speed boots with eff res and break eff. Outgoing healing body with break eff. Break eff hands. Break eff head. The set theyre from doesnt matter, its what the term rainbow relics mean, when you just focus on the stats and sub stats on the relic. I have to leave the 2pc/4pc bonus effects til last The end goal is 134 speed minimum, 150% break eff, 5k hp, and broken keel (so 30% eff res minimum).

Anywhere my Acheron goes,he goes too because he can apply debuffs for her stacks,and heal,and let them heal when they do damage,and he is E2 so he can dispel debuffs with skill and he gets beyond 100% Outgoing Healing while in battle so whatever numbers his kit says it's gonna heal just double that. He's a better 5 star than Bailu ever will be.

E6 Gallagher would be much better used with perfect timing, the 4star Luocha lightcone if you got it S3 or higher since he easily hits 100% effect rez and you can still build break effect on his relics. so you still get boosted healing from his break effect and even more from the lightcone giving him healing bonus from his effect rez
