Phoenix if you need a better air-hitter that isn't Ichigo, get Garou. He's a meta support (because he makes enemies take 15% more damage and slows by 10%) and he's hybrid on placement. He costs 450 to place down, too. So that's already cheap. For celestial banner, Tatsumaki is better than Garou 50% of the time.
