@@meghnaprakash1684 the recommendation for the thickness of the flooring really depends on the space you've + the sqft + which material you go for (whether it's wood or SPC flooring that looks like wood).

Really don’t want to hurt the house owners emotions, but yeah doesn’t feel justified of 18 lakhs (removing 6 lakhs for aristo wardrobe) no false ceiling, no cable management and yeah no moving furniture would be included, or all decoration items. Still using outdated handles knobs. A small wardrobe and two shelf’s costs 1 lakh really?? Have more points but feeling like looted by homelane

25 Lacs with no TV paneling, No False ceiling, Basic lighting, no fancy crockery unit, no aesthetic design elements. How can a standard looking minimalist design cost so high. Yes, I like the minimalist designs but the price are not of minimalist there. Way too costly for what is delivered.

Kitchen itself will cost you 25 lakhs if you approach some big brands in Kitchen. So 25 lakhs in today's time is nothing big deal. House looks good.

Don’t understand what’s worth 25 lacs here,everything is made from generic plywood with ugly veneers. Nothing in this house is beautiful. This interior could have been done for not more than 2-3 lacs

25L for basically a bunch of wall mouldings and shelves. This has to be a joke. - The TV unit or lack there of. You could’ve at least added some basic mouldings. All bedrooms are so badly done. - Master bedroom headboard needs to be wider with bigger grooves. Side tables are worth throwing out. Should’ve been simple floating side tables. - Wardrobes are some of the worst. Kids bedroom was criminally awful. Why put an unnecessary pooja room in kids room? - Icy white and walnut tone over white walls is the perfect example of doing the opposite of standard color combinations. Only silver lining is the entry and the kitchen. Owners could’ve spent those 25L in buying a bigger house rather than wasting it.
