For the room designer one just because your level 500 or above does not mean you will get it right away cuz it says levels which means you have to complete that many levels from the time you first join the new school and is not the same as you getting it based on your level which means if you are that level or above then you get it right then and there but the ones that says levels,your gonna have to level up even if your a really high level
