I had visited Draas this year in June. This man was walking very wrong way, because it is at 12000 ft. high altitude and oxygen level is very low there. So our guide had already told us to change our work style. Do all your movements in slow motion-- walking, drinking, eating, even washing face, all in slow motion otherwise you don't know when your body will get low on oxygen and you'll suddenly feel breath-less and suffocated. Also, we had to keep drinking water as that region is very dry so at least two ltr. water must be consumed every day or skin will go dry. .... The man, "Mama's Dhaba" owner... was talking about 'Bataalik' a nearby town (not Bhutan).... Indian Army's "mountain wasr training school" is at Draas. Also "Kargil war Memorial" is a very important place there in Draas. We visited there. In 1999 Pakistan had attacked that place where our army's summer camp was placed. In that huge attack, we had sustained huge loss of arms, ammunition, logistics and more than 60 brave soldiers n officers. Therefore a big war memorial is built there. They also show a documentary on Kargil war in their small theater.

It is possible to make that water quickly freeze in Siberia but you have to use hot water , not cold.
