Actually with the bars they spray them down so the plastic sticks. Back when moreba used to work and show you behind the scenes, I watched an employee rig the machine so the prize would barely move after I won easily. Now they shut off the camera feeds to block moreba from allowing you to see them make adjustments to make things harder.
