Hi Manny! I’m sure someone answered already, but a liner is meant for general discharge or spotting (small drips of blood or VERY light bleeding) a woman might have. If she has a full blown period, she’d use a pad, menstrual cup, or tampon. I hope this helps! Love your videos!

yes! also i used to put them in the bottom of my bra on hot days or when i would workout so that i wouldn’t get it so sweaty, and sometimes inside the armpit of my white shirts so it lasts longer without pit stains!

Happy new year! On Biotin…I started doing a hair skin and nail vitamin and putting collagen in my morning coffee about a year ago and my skin has been glowing and clear and my hair has been growing like crazy. Even my hair stylist has noticed.

I loved taking biotin for my hair and nails it worked so good. The problem came when it messed with my thyroid. My doctor called to see if I was taking any vitamins after a blood test said my thyroid hormone was dangerously low. I gave her the list and she said immediately stop taking anything with biotin it took 6 months for my thyroid to return to basic normal. So if you take it make sure to talk to your doctor about a safe dosage.

A liner is for your lighter day on your period where you arent bleeding a lot but still need some protection. A pad is for your heavier days because the flow depends on the day some are lighter and some are heavier

Oh I feel you so hard on the aluminum though. Anytime I try to use aluminum free, I end up sweating and having the worst BO by the end of the day and next morning (even after showering), but when I use normal deodorant, I don’t have that issue.
