22:00 i think you misunderstood the numbers a bit here. Leveling her burst talent won't increase the plunge buff she gives, the starwicker dmg is just the coordinated attack after a character plunges. Its her A4 passive that gives the buff which is a massive 200% of xianyun's ATK, comparing that to shenhe's buff which is only around 82% of shenhe's ATK at talent lvl 10. But in exchange for the huge buff, it only applies to 1 enemy per plunge. (but its still recommended to level her burst if you have furina for more healing, only level her E and NA if you're planning to make her the carry for the team or if you just like xianyun and you have resources to spend)

Xianyun main dps is just so much fun, also I’m a mobile player so plunging is a bit cluncky + her auto attacks are so pretty + her skill is probably my most fav

She heals, buffs a lot, does big pp damage at the same time and doesn't cancel her burst when she goes off field cuz she's mainly a support. What more can i ask for in a main dps? With zhongli shield she's unstoppable, plus if the shield breaks it can be re-applied easily without worrying about canceling your burst.

Xianyun is silly cause how can i make a neuvillette build where he does over 200k on a vaped plunge, this isnt even exclusive to him, ive just got a marechaussee hunter set designated for any character to use in a xianyun team now where the character does anywhere between 150-200k depending on a few factors like their plunge scaling or ascension stat. Honestly she is the best character to pull if you have a favourite character but theyre either not good or an off fielder but you want to have them both be good and on field, except for bow characters who cant get the infusion and some catalyst characters with unfavorable elements.

Xianyun is very viable as an onfield DPS. Insane scaling on her E plunge, but also decent scaling on normal plunges. Because she herself is a support and DPS, her team is able to free up 1 more slot for additional support, which can close the damage gap between her and Xiao (whose team can only utilize 3 supports. Also, since she's an onfield character, she can utilize Bennett's ATK buff so you don't have to stack ATK just to get higher additional damage from her passive. She also generates so much particles for her anemo teammates and herself. She's a solid all rounder.
