Do baizhu! He is a great healer for bloom teams and can create the reaction consistently without your characters dying from bloom! He is also just a great character in general🐍🧑‍⚕️👍 Edit: He has a super ftp weapon that you can forge it is a catalyst with hp stats and can provide more healing!

17:45. Layla's shield didn't tank it. Thats just the boss mechanic, it's primordial shower attack, which even a 0 em level 1 character's crystallise shield can tank. But if you dont have a shield then it can hurt

@@evilethecat no. You must've mistook it for the other attack. It's simply not possible. The DMG of primordial shower can be deflected using any type of shield with any amount of health. That's the whole mechanic Edit: here is an excerpt from the wiki "Unleashes a blast of pure elemental power in a huge AoE around it, dealing 100% ATK as DMG of the currently infused element. DMG is greatly reduced to 25% ATK when protected by a shield (independent from shield multipliers). This attack cannot be dodged with dash i-frames."

Kirara's burst has a higher multiplier than zhongli's, and she's a much much better element than him.

Zhongli shield has 50% more resistance to all elements on top of the 25% shield strength from his A1, that’s why his shield is the strongest.

@@nxt1g still Layla generates more particles on a boss fight because of zhongli pillars being destroyed (Layla shield should be strong enough to shoot stars before breaking). And yeah 20% ress shread is nice in every team, but Layla is still better in freeze comps or reverse melt.

With Furina, Kaveh is good enough for Abyss 12. You need to build Baizhu first, though. Kaveh, Nilou, Baizhu and Furina make a legit superbloom team that benefits a lot from Kaveh's ability to self-heal.

Build Collei!!! I just built her and she does a surprisingly good amount of damage and becoming one of my favorite characters. I suggest using sacrificial bow to even our her er problems, but then you can just build her with crit and atk or em. She applies more dendro than you think

I use layla with Wanderer so that its shield+cryo application which gives him a 20%crit rate bonus i think soooo yeh i think she's cool

You don't need ER for Layla. She has 40 energy burst, and you usually play her with Favonius (lol, 190% ER build 😂) She also deals literally 0 damage, so you better give her either 2+2 hp/hp or Tenacity, level up her to 90, find lot of hp for shield and as much crit chance for Favonius as you can, level up her skill to max possible level, get her c3, forget about everything else and your Layla is ready to support. UPD: her C1 also increases shield strength by 20% btw UPD2: you can use her in any vape or double hydro team. The best one might be Hutao or Yoimiya teams. You will vape more consistently, plus melt sometimes instead of vape, and this will increase your main dps damage because forward vape has x1.5 multiplier and forward melt has x2.

The "Night Stars" made by Layla's shield can be easily maxed out by switching to Yae and using her skill three times. The reaction (Superconduct) shreds enemies' physical resistance, so I'll bring along Eula. Having a healer helps, so I'll also add Kuki. Layla + Yae + Kuki + Eula is a good team. Freeze teams (as shown in vid) aren't so great anymore... and if they froze as well as you'd want, you wouldn't need a shielder.

Layla is one of characters I use every now and then if I want shield and cryo resonance and don't need healing. And I guess I should make her a boxcutter eventually though I'm afraid I used all I got on refines. So maybe on some future weapon banner...

I love Layla. Buikt her recently to go with neuvillette and i enjoy that combo so much. (I have them with nahida and kuki for a nice hyperbloom team where i dont get interupted while using neuvillette. Annnd id say baizhu. He is very fun (fornme especially in a dehya burgeon team) and is a great healer, sheld and applicator 😊

Honestly build baizhu he is extremely flexible and is amazing for any dendro teams. He’s the best dendro for aggravate and is amazing for Cyno. He allows for Cyno to preform at his best.

also if you wanna do dps layla all you need os 2pc blizz 2pc noblesse with a em/ hp goblet, cryo damage sands, and allot of crit damage. her crit rate can just stay at around50 cause youll need shenhe to go past 10k, and cryo res gives crit rate. this is for a swirl/ melt team. the swirl team is slightly better in my opinion. note i am a ar 56 layla main. ( my crit damage ranges from 170-180 cause my weapon sucks)

Backbone works great for iphone. On androis however, you have to use their button map. You cant change the button locations on screen(the X button for me on LG V60 onverizon was placed too high and didnt work for things liks starting dialog, interacting with objects, etc) and you cant change which buttons do which things. The default button assignments were terrible for a neuvillette player. Be sure you get a backbone version 2. It was designed to accommodate some cases. Version 1 you have to take the phone out of the case.

Funny enough, the best f2p weapon for Layla is actually Harbinger of Dawn (3 star) since it gives a lot of CV, and Layla doesn't care about the low base ATK.

It's crazy how poor this period of 4 star releases aged, Dori Layla n Kaveh are all such forgotten units now. They've picked it up since maybe because of the backlash w kirara onwards, and i hope they do eventually add some kind of new shied based mechanic (similar to HSR's SU blessings), as well as adding more team options for Dori, as right now she's indescribably underwhelming when not used jean or sayu, or the overload spam with bennetts burst
