One question: Out of the 70,000 tickets, what was the highest or biggest scratcher pay out? Out of all of these tickets, it would seem logical that you would have one at least one $10,000 plus ticket, or even one grand prize from at least one of the denominations. If not, then scratchers are clearly not the way to go, and is a waste of money and time.
