I hope you read this comment it’s a real tip to play against 5 at the back and the games you play against a CDM. You play a very similar game style when it comes to play against a 3 or 4 at the back defensive side. Sid, looks like there's something wrong with your training plans. And the same is all of your bench players, they're not fit. Look, on 14:15 you're putting 0-sharpness Todibo to the field, and literally 3 seconds later conceed a goal because of him. My approach, that works for me in terms of training plans: "Energy-focused" for starting 11 - they're frequently playing matches, they won't lose sharpness. "Performance-focused" for the rest - same but in reverse. They will always be "sharp" while having 100% of energy.
