i believe since Shadow Assassin Cloak has no cooldown, you actually benefit a LOT from putting scrolls on your Chimera Hyperion. This is because every right click with a wither blade counts as a "teleport", and activates Shadow Assassin set's passives. The cloak's passive is the best of the 5 pieces, giving you +10% melee damage after teleport. And because you spam right & left click with Hyperion, you essentially multiply all LC damage by 1.1x.

In addition to this, the lack of Ult Wise 5 makes it so you drain mana very fast, which means your Terminators stack their Mana enchantments faster. You technically already have Power Orbs to do this for you, but this helps regardless
