I spent a LOT of money at the 2023 Farrell equipment show! NEW buggy!

I had a GREAT time at the 2023 Farrell equipment show with my daughter Autumn. We ate good, slept good, and SPENT GOOD. We are getting everything together to have a great season. I love tools and equipment so this was the place to be. Enjoy!

Autumn always has a happy smile... she did a great walk through at the end of the video.... you have to have all the tools of your trade... I just spent a lot of money this winter for mine.... computers, software, monitors, upgrades and plugins for the social network I own... it cost money to get quality things but you can't be a real business without them... good luck in the new season... we have trees putting on leaves and the grass is starting to green up... the next week some night temps close to freezing but that should be it for the winter here in Texas... you should not be far behind...

This was a fun vlog😊. I hope Autumn enjoyed her time there…she’s a good sport. That is an old time saying meaning : she’s going along with dad for his work…she may or may not be that into it…but she got you to purchase that stool for her! Plus, if she is willing, let her get things organized. For example: you need a container to store your trash in- until you have time to take it out of your truck properly. When you are organized, this is another positive reflection on you. Also, if you rinse off your products that you used outside for the concrete tout suite, you won’t have to worry about it during the winter. (Do as I say, not as I do! That means, I when I worked RPh retail but retired in 2004- I was SO ORGANIZED… once home, not so much 🤭) At some point, you have to let the guys do more work this summer, and you must be the boss but stand aside more. The guys are young…make them to the tough work. I think that you (and Bugs) have to start teaching the younger guys instead of always doing everything yourselves. You might want to hire another person. If you do, don’t be easy on this person. Make them work so that you can see if that person is worthy of your trust. You ARE a wonderful mentor, Ryan. These kids (I am 60 so everyone IS a kid to me, even YOU) need you to teach them how to do things the right AND honest way. When you make a mistake, you admit to it, and you fix it. Don’t blame others for it, own it. It won’t feel good at the moment…however, when that day is done, that person leaves with their integrity. You will also teach them to be frugal when running their business and honestly with family. I can tell already that Eric has changed quite a bit…but he still needs much more work along side you. Yes…Eric is so lucky to have met you- and he says as much. Let’s see how much more he can handle! lol
