I got lucky for the first time in this game pulling Caesar. I woke up today, grabbed my iPad to log in and do a couple pulls from the daily and the log in bonus tape. I had two pulls and by now I’m used to just skipping through the animation because I know I have shit luck. But no. My second pull was the 44th on this banner (I’ve never got a s rank before soft pity yet), I skip and boom! The music starts playing and it’s her! Finally! A crumb of luck! I couldn’t believe this was even real lol.

Caesar not only looks good but her personality is amazing! Then I looked at her skill and played her in a fight. Her shield is amazing and when maxed out can give 1000 extra attackto everyone who has it, and she has good impact for stunning.

So let me explain why she's the most broken character we got so far and she'll be like that till we get a limited supporter character and she's still gonna be n2 or on the same lvl as that support. Here's why. She gives a 1000atk buff to your active character while her shield is active and that's basically permanent. 58% dmg increased debuff on enemies (you 58% more dmg to those enemies), unbreakable fucking shield, Zhongli wishes, this shield also gives you immunity to knockback or any interruption, she has a great CC just by holring attack button and on top of that she works perfectly fine as a stun character, just without the extra dmg they provide (but remember all the stuff Caesar does). Of course her Wengine is really significant upgrade for her and you wanna get it so your Caesar become absolutely unga bunga, but she's still beyond broken even with a f2p option. I know that Burnice might be more fun to play as but Caesar just opens so much fun teams that It's really hard to just skip her

Is she worth it? She is a shielder who can refresh her shield, gives you up to 1000 attack, can group up enemies with her skill, she's hot and you get to walk around with her model to view her in true glory. So in short, yes she's worth it.

I pulled because hot women, but she's actually an amazing support. A great shield like you said AND an atk buff plus 30% damage buff if she has the team passive(another son of calydon or defensive assist char). I was surprised when having her on my team resulted in less dmg taken and faster clear times.

Yep, not to mention she pretty much works with every dps in the game since every unit likes having attack, you can also pair her with Lucy for more attack boost and the faction buff as well. For example she is absurd for Jane right now, esoecially since they share an element. I don't see Caeser getting powercrept anytime soon so imo she's a very safe unit to get.
