Resale is bad on these hats . Covid is over, hat club no longer sells out. I only buy one hat every few months, usually clearence. 7 1/2 size aint selling out anymore.

All those “packs” are all hat club hats. I personally don’t count those as pure new era hats even though they’re made by them. Hat club calls the hats/packs all different names, yet it’s basically just a based off the color change. If you’re gonna have a “beer pack” or “candy” pack, why the hell not have actual damn pictures of candy or a picture of beer”. The patches on the side of hat club hats are not that good looking in terms of hat club. Pure new era hats had actual visuals of what it represents not “colors”

Hat Club does it for legal reasons. Like their “space jam” collection. It’s called interstellar jelly so there’s no direct affiliation with whoever owns Space Jam. But if I am getting what you’re saying you more so mean the general items. Such as a candy bar or beer bottle design embroidered on the hats, like New Era putting Cities, tree’s, mountains, etc on certain collections.

You do realize you legally can’t use another companies names or product on yours and sell it right? There’s a whole bunch of legal stuff with that. They will get sued and in big trouble if they used actual beer brands on their hats. And all of their designs have to get approved by mlb and they can be strict when it comes to that stuff so they don’t get sued. For example hat club just dropped a pack inspired by Pokémon but they have to be careful and can’t use or post any names or pictures of Pokémon with the hats for copyright purposes.
