I think I wouldn’t have a problem trying out the N1V bc I’m used to the Hobo weeks but for me it’ll be the vertical instead of the horizontal. I wanna try something different but don’t want a big planner to carry around.

Two ideas…one is to use the small planner for just important stuff without stickers, just functional, and maybe make a few sticker spreads on the blank pages. The second just use stickers for planning in your large planner. It’s my first time using a TN, and I have the same size inserts as in your cover. I’ve drawn a monthly planner (boxes) that lasts 2 yrs, a daily planner similar to one you’d drawn in your small book, and a travel journal to log down journeys and camping trips. There’s a 4th insert which keeps changing 😂 The thing I like about the TN inserts is, a different book for each use but they’re still all in one place. Ive watch ‘Weeks’ and your small planner videos and while the daily and monthly are ok, I couldn’t be hunting through the book all the time for what I needed…it’s too mixed up. Does that make sense?

Yes that makes sense!! I know, it’s hard when it’s all mixed up sometimes. But I’m always flipping through my planners so I find things pretty easily for the most part, so it’s not too bad. I do like the idea of different booklets for the TN system and having a different book for different things!

I really tried to use the horizontal N1 this year. I just can't. Last year, I used the N1V . So I reordered the B6Slim V. I'm having a hard time settling in a planner this year.

I want to try a B6 slim! I’ve never had that size before. The N1 is hard to get used to for me

I really wanted the N1V to work for me but it ended up feeling like a brick in my bag. I agree that the columns *feel* really narrow. I did use one as my edc for several months in the middle of 2024 but stopped towards the end of the year. Of course I had to buy one for 2025 but a compact, and haven’t touched it. So, I like how you’re trying to make it work for you!
