just so you all know! that weird walk the cow was doing was because their feet hurt! they must have abscesses under the hoof material on the inside toe on both the front feet because crossing the legs allow the weight to rest on the outside claws. poor baby needs the hoof cut off and let to drain and medicate ;-;(for reference its like you having a pine needle in your shoe jabbing into your foot when you walk and you cant do anything to get it out)

1:51 I think that's a bamboo mat, not a cardboard. I think it's a very thin mattress covered with a bamboo mat in a thin sheet and I think it's traditional? I'm not sure though. I'm pretty sure it's a bamboo mat because I have a bamboo roller to make sushi and it looks kind of the same
