I strongly believe that the teachers and staff involved in the Namgyal family case should be transferred to another school. Their prolonged stay has created a sense of entitlement, leading to bullying of junior staff and abuse of power. If not addressed, this toxic environment will continue to harm others, potentially targeting another family like the Namgyals family . I urge the authorities to ensure Namgyal Amala's safety and well-being, protecting her from those in positions of power. To prevent such incidents, I recommend 1. Transfer of implicated staff and teachers. 2. Implementation of a robust audit system in all schools, including this one, overseen by the exile government. This will promote accountability, prevent abuse of power, and safeguard students and staff.
