Olu of Warri is totally dependent of the Benin Kingdom, Ginuwa was the first Olu of Warri, who was the first son (yes the very first child) of Oba Olua. Ginuwa actually left the Benin because they were practising human sacrifice and as a matter of fact, the Itsekiris and the Olu of Warri still acknowledge they are from Ife and the Benin Obaship is an Ife throne
