I am saddened by how many people can just walk by without acknowledging such an amazing display of awesome musical talent. Are they just dead inside? So few people stop and witness such musical talent and genius? It truly breaks my heart to see so much wonderful talent and ability ignored and dismissed by the public. Perhaps if Dovydas left the shallow and broken California coast area and went to areas where such talent is recognized and appreciated he would then be appreciated and respected. Go North, young man!

I think there is another angle to this behavior in a colossal city like LA. The reason this is remarkable to us, is because this kind of talent is uncommon. Uncommon in the extreme. But In a place like LA who's metro population is a third the size of Canada's entire population, coupled with the fact that it is the seat of the massive juggernaut that is the US entertainment industry (and thus draws performer talent like a magnet) These kinds of skilled performers are significantly more commonplace in LA compared to elsewhere, possibly anywhere. For a local, this may not even be the most impressive thing they see that week, or even that day. I don't think its a case of the talent not being recognized, so much as it is the talent not standing out against the overwhelming abundance that is concentrated in that state and especially that city.
