Very happy to see Ethan raising money for Palestine and acknowledging what’s happening there, but the fact that he doesn’t even know what the watermelon represents, and it’s been four months, is incredibly telling on how disengaged he’s been from this. I think that’s how a lot of people are, and that is so fucking depressing.

You can’t criticize people for not knowing what a damn emoji means to a cause. In my personal opinion, both sides are doing fucked up things. Nobody is good and nobody is bad. We as a country need to focus on the hardships going on here and not across the pond. We have people here going homeless because our country is giving all of our money and resources to other countries. We need to take care of our own people before we give money to other countries. They can take care of themselves. Also, I’m not Conservative by any means, just my personal opinion.
