""Let's not seat at home and wait for the job to find us"" thank you so much for the advise.
@saidaalhadi10885 жыл бұрын
Well done brother. As an advice don't take me wrong, provide gloves for your staff, by doing this you are protecting both your customers from eating contaminated food and your staff from injuring themselves from those big knives. I work with the public health sector, some of us get satisfaction if they see food handlers wearing gloves. Well done and keep it up may your businesses prosper day by day.
@boazmusungu61345 жыл бұрын
Good advise.
@olusinajoyce63795 жыл бұрын
Saida Alhadi it may sound good, but not good enough according to health and safety regulation act. There are chemicals in gloves that are dangerous to health when use handling food. The best advise is THOROUGH HAND WASHING.
@IphysKitchen5 жыл бұрын
Great advice, he is really doing a great job. they need to wear gloves as you said
@saidaalhadi10885 жыл бұрын
@@olusinajoyce6379 gloves have been chosen to avoid risks, not to create risks. Doctors always put gloves when doing procedures, minor or major. This means they are protecting themselves and their patients. I am not trying to offend anyone but some people are HIV positive or have hepatitis and they will never tell you and they are likely to cut themselves when cutting fruits which can always happen even in your own kitchen. we normally don't test our staff for those things we only do urinalysis or stool for ova and cysts and not all employers do that as well. So wearing gloves in this industry is essential. For more information go to Hand Washing and Glove use for Food Workers by department of health New York State. I am sorry if I have offended anyone, that was not my intention, I just wanted to share my experience as a professional in the public health sector
@mbelecitikwa16345 жыл бұрын
Saida Alhadi be specific with your advice, gloves used for hospital settings should not be used in the kitchen or handling food, he needs gloves that are designed for kitchen/food handling purpose only and more importantly hand washing hand washing hand washing

Starting a business and working smart can do magic. As a former banker I saw it all. Mandazi vendors making half a million per month, charcoal vendors depositing 100k daily, matatu touts depositing 3k daily...etc I used to feel so bad, with my degrees yet my monthly income is less than half ya some touts. Don't even mention the guys who bring waru and mboga to Marikiti, they deposit over 200k by midday, they own lorries and canters, na wengi hawajui kuandika na kusoma. Na wa kusupply gas cylinder refills?They have serious money especially in high population estates like Eastlands

According to me, having a degree/dip/certificate is good. There is no harm in studying but be ready to hustle like a drop out. Don't let that degree hinder you from doing something eti because you are trying to maintain some "class".

Business or entreprenuership isn't for everyone. 1. One has to have the drive & passion for it. 2. Discipline ( it's not easy to be your own boss) 3. Commitment ( One has to be prepared for setbacks. Most businesses that are successful have failed once, twice, thrice before picking up. Lastly, one has to ask themselves why? Why they are venturing into business. If they can't answer that, then they shouldn't ever bother trying.

I'm in UK and I eat like 6-8 of those large fruit cups every week. But its soo damn expensive. It costs £2 per cup. Like 130 KSH per cup. I'm sure its much cheaper in Kenya, if was cheaper I'd eat like 10-16 cups per week :D Anyways, all the best with your business. Good job providing value and employment to people.
@InnohubGroup5 жыл бұрын
The problem is you eat the cups, my friend! Here's some piece of advice; stop eating cups and begin eating the content (fruits) in the cup! 😂😂😂😂😂
